Maggie Blair, director of marketing and research at commercial real estate firm Colliers | Wisconsin in Milwaukee, joined the company in 2016 as a research analyst and quickly demonstrated her ability to transform analytical processes.
“She revolutionized our Tenants in the Market (TIMs), transitioning a basic Excel platform to a dynamic live dashboard, significantly enhancing client interactions,” said Brittany Yingling, marketing coordinator at Colliers | Wisconsin. “Furthermore, she created a pictorial guide of downtown high-rises, offering a clear visual overview of the market – an improvement over traditional reports.”
Blair’s approach to blending data visualization with marketing strategies led to her promotion to director of research and eventually to director of marketing and research, Yingling said.
