As a top trial and appellate attorney at Milwaukee-based Gimbel, Reilly, Guerin & Brown LLP, Jason Luczak represents clients in a variety of practice areas, including criminal and white collar defense in the state and federal courts throughout Wisconsin.
His experience includes trying serious high-profile felonies and other charges in state and federal court and briefing and arguing appeals before the Wisconsin Supreme Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. Luczak is licensed to practice law in Wisconsin and Illinois.
In addition to his law practice, Luczak is an adjunct professor of law, teaching trial advocacy at Marquette University Law School and coaches the Marquette National Moot Court Competition team.
