Under the leadership of chief executive officer Kenneth Munson, Brookfield-based Community Care Inc. helps adults with long-term care needs live as independently as possible.
Community Care’s Medicare/Medicaid long-term care programs serve the needs of older adults and adults with disabilities. The nonprofit organization coordinates and delivers a full range of supportive services that help patients live safely, confidently and with dignity.
Since Munson took the helm in 2013, Community Care has grown to serve more than 17,000 Wisconsinites who trust the organization to “provide the quality support needed to help them reach their potential in health, happiness and independence,” said Steve Jagler, president of Steve Jagler Executive Branding LLC.
Munson identified the 10 core values that guide Community Care to deliver on its mission: teamwork and collaboration, respect, member focused, diversity, quality of life, community centered, cost effective, quality of care, integrity, and innovation and creativity.
“The concept of servant leadership guides Kenneth’s leadership compass,” said Jagler.
