Patrick Martin has worked in the banking industry since 2002 and is currently an assistant vice president of business lending for Landmark Credit Union. He leads Landmark’s new Focus Real Estate program designed for purchasing or refinancing commercial owner-occupied buildings or smaller apartment buildings, primarily in Waukesha and Milwaukee counties.
He also has experience in consumer lending and commercial lending. Martin has served as an FDIC Money Smart for Small Business trainer, working with chambers of commerce and citywide organizations to provide small business trainings to new and established businesses in various Milwaukee communities.
Martin also currently serves as president of the board of directors and chair of the Loan Review Committee for the Hmong Wisconsin Chamber of Commerce (HWCC) and treasurer of the board for the City of Waukesha Chamber of Commerce.
He has served on the Financial Stability Initiative Committee with La Casa de Esperanza and as vice president of the New Berlin Chamber of Commerce and Visitors Bureau. He has also been a member of the Ambassador Committee for the Delafield Area Chamber of Commerce/Tourism.
