"Listening Skills!  Listen to your staff, your board, your donors, your colleagues, your community and most of all – your clients."

Is your organization in search of board members? "Yes – our board governance committee is always interested in talking to people who have an interest in our work and want to help further our mission."

How can business people/the community help your organization? "We love to create partnerships with business people that help them connect to the community through volunteerism and donations, and ultimately help our clients."

Why do you think people should volunteer or become a board member?
"Although the nonprofits and clients will benefit from the volunteerism and board service, the benefits to the people who serve are life-changing. "
