New York investor purchases three retail properties totaling $16.8 million

Three Wisconsin retail properties, including the Oak Creek Centre strip mall, have sold to a New York investor for $16.8 million.

New York-based Time Equities purchased the three-property portfolio in a recent sale brokered by Mid-America Real Estate Corporation’s Investment Sales team.

Oak Creek Centre, at the northwest corner of Howell Avenue and Puetz Road, is a 95,042-square-foot property anchored by TJ Maxx, Petco and Dollar Tree.

Taylor Heights Shopping Center, an  87,680-square-foot shopping center in Sheboygan and anchored by Festival Foods and the 110,855-square-foot Park Plaza located in Manitowoc that is anchored by Hobby Lobby, and includes Family Dollar, Papa Murphy’s and Advance America were also sold.
