New Yoga club to benefit women’s charities year-round

Elite Sports Clubs announced that Exhale, a new Yoga studio at all four of its area locations, will open today. The club within a club will feature various forms of yoga including fundamentals, Pilates and sunrise. Classes will be free for existing members and non-members can join Exhale separately by choosing from various packages.
According to Kay Yuspeh, Elite Sports Club owner, the club will also donate a portion of its proceeds from memberships year-round to women’s charities.
“We are excited for the chance to improve the health of those taking classes at Exhale, while also helping local women who are managing serious issues in their lives,” Yuspeh said.
In its kick off month, all four Elite Sports Clubs will go pink to raise awareness and funds for breast cancer research in the community. The charity that benefits will change on a quarterly basis. A free kick-off yoga class with breast cancer survivors will take place on Tues. Oct. 5 at 11 a.m. at the Brookfield Elite East location at 13825 W. Burleigh Road. Survivors are invited to call to register for this free session.
