[caption id="attachment_552727" align="alignright" width="300"] Carrie Killoran[/caption] After working for nearly three years as president of Aurora Sinai Medical Center near downtown Milwaukee and as the president of Aurora Health Care’s Greater Milwaukee Patient Service Area, Carrie Killoran has been named the new president of Aurora St. Luke’s Medical Center, Advocate Aurora Health announced earlier this week. Killoran takes over as president of St. Luke’s from Marie Golanowski, who retired on July 15 after a 30-year career with Aurora Health Care. Killoran joined Aurora Health Care in 2009 as senior vice president and chief compliance/integrity officer. In addition to leading St. Luke’s, the largest hospital in Wisconsin, she will continue to serve as the president of Aurora Health Care’s Greater Milwaukee Patient Service Area. Before joining Aurora, Killoran was a partner at two Milwaukee law firms, Quarles & Brady LLP and Michael Best & Friedrich LLP, as well as vice president and associate general counsel for Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare She received her bachelor’s degree from Macalester College in 1994 and a law degree and master’s degree in public policy from Harvard University.
