Milwaukee-based multi-family housing development firm New Land Enterprises has sold a 24-unit apartment building near the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee campus for $3.3 million, according to state records. The building, located at 3245 N. Oakland Ave. in Milwaukee's Cambridge Woods neighborhood, was built in 1965. It has an assessed value of about $1.85 million, according to city records. It was sold by an affiliate of New Land to Milwaukee-based BBT Oakland LLC.
