New Jersey nursing home operator buys three Milwaukee-area rehab centers for $22 million

Portfolio deal includes properties in Germantown, Pleasant Prairie, and Greenfield

A New Jersey nursing home and rehabilitation facility operator has purchased three care centers in Germanton, Pleasant Prairie and Greenfield for $22 million. Limited liability companies affiliated with Complete Care Management of Toms River, New Jersey purchased the properties from New York-based Cammeby’s International Group. The purchase includes South Pointe Health Center at 4500 Loomis

A New Jersey nursing home and rehabilitation facility operator has purchased three care centers in Germanton, Pleasant Prairie and Greenfield for $22 million. Limited liability companies affiliated with Complete Care Management of Toms River, New Jersey purchased the properties from New York-based Cammeby's International Group. The purchase includes South Pointe Health Center at 4500 Loomis Road, in Greenfield for $9.4 million; Virginia Highlands Health and Rehabilitation Center at W173 N10915 Bernies Way in Germantown for $4.8 million; and Grande Prairie Health and Rehabilitation Center at 10330 Prairie Ridge Blvd. in Pleasant Prairie for $7.8 million, according to state real estate records. Complete Care Management currently owns and operates facilities in New Jersey, Delaware, Illinois, Maryland, Illinois, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, West Virginia, and Wisconsin.
