Mitch Grulke has been named bank manager for the Brookfield office of Waukesha State Bank.
He will be responsible for daily operations, including business development, personnel, customer service, lending and relationship management and community service. Grulke joined Waukesha State Bank in 2009 and most recently served as bank manager at the Silvernail Road office in Pewaukee.
William Cao has been hired as director of corporate intelligence at Associated Bank in Milwaukee. He will be responsible for the marketing science program, including analytics, relevant research, and effectiveness tracking and reporting. Cao has more than 16 years of corporate intelligence experience, most recently as vice president of retail analytics and database marketing and research at BMO Harris Bank in Milwaukee and Chicago.
Michael P. Cox has been named senior vice president-regional wealth manager at Johnson Bank. He has more than 20 years of banking investment management experience, most recently as senior portfolio manager at BMO Harris Bank in Milwaukee. He will serve as wealth sales manager and lead a team of wealth producers.
