Brian DesPlaines has been named vice president-private banking for the Milwaukee area at Johnson Bank. He has more than 13 years of banking experience, most recently as assistant vice president of M&I Wealth Management in Milwaukee. DesPlaines earned a bachelor’s in economics from Ripon College.
Kristin Reilly has been named vice president of wealth management services for Waukesha State Bank. She has almost 20 years of experience, most recently in global operations leadership roles at General Electric Company. Reilly earned a bachelor’s in business administration from University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a master’s in business administration from DeVry University.
Scott Austin has been named president of employee benefits, group and life sales for Johnson Insurance Services. He has more than 30 years of experience in the insurance industry, most recently as sales vice president for Associated Financial Group in Waukesha. Austin earned a bachelor’s in business administration from Lake Superior State University.
Commerce State Bank in West Bend has added three employees to its mortgage and commercial lending teams. Amy Schmoldt has been named AVP of mortgage lending. She has 15 years of experience and will continue to originate residential mortgage loans. John Ross has been named portfolio manager for commercial lending. He has 25 years of experience. Jon Willems has been named portfolio manager for commercial lending. He has more than eight years of experience.
Cam Stephenson has been named vice president and director of marketing and Nicole Klaas has been named e-commerce strategist at Heartland Advisors in Milwaukee. Stephenson previously served as director of marketing communications and operations at Stark Investments in Milwaukee. Klaas was previously a content and production manager at the Alliance for Children and Families in Milwaukee.
