New boutique opens in Third Ward

Heidi Darrow Mains announced the opening of Stella’s Trunk, Milwaukee’s newest boutique, located in the Historic Third Ward.

Mains, a world traveler, formed Stella’s Trunk at 317 N. Broadway to bring Milwaukeeans unique, one-of-a kind gift items sourced from entrepreneurs both locally and around the world.

“Stella represents the kind of friend everyone wants. She’s chic, sophisticated, loves to travel, and shares her great finds from around the globe with friends and family. The treasures she brings home are affordable, too, and so numerous there’s literally something for everyone,” Mains said.

During the month of December, Mains will hold a series of trunk shows displaying unique accessories, luxury gift items, Peruvian cashmere, artisan jewelry, personalized treasures and more. The business also will offer raffles, door prizes and a chance to meet local designers. In addition, a portion of the company’s December profits will support Junior Achievement in Milwaukee.
