Eden Prairie, Minn.-based The Timm Corp. recently purchased the Holiday Inn Express hotel at 15451 W. Beloit Road in New Berlin from Whitewater-based Hotel and Conference Center LLP for $4.15 million, according to state records.
The four-story, 101-room hotel was built in 2001. It is located northeast of I-43 and Moorland Road. The building has 58,024 square feet of space and sits on a 4.9-acre site. The property has an assessed value of $4,189,700, according to city records.
