Neumann Companies Inc. is planning 34-lot single-family residential subdivision at Grange Avenue and Sunnyslope Road in New Berlin.
The proposal is the latest of several housing developments being planned in New Berlin.
New Berlin Heights LLC, which is registered to Pewaukee-based The Thomson Companies, is planning a 54-lot single-family residential subdivision at Sunnyslope Road and College Avenue.
Work is also underway on two other subdivisions, Kohler Ridge, a 47-lot single-family development off Lawnsdale Road, and a nine-family conservancy subdivision on Beloit Road.
The Neumann proposal shows minimum home size to be 2,000 square feet for ranch/one-story homes and 2,200 square feet for two-story homes.
The New Berlin Plan Commission will consider Newmann Company’s conceptual plan and rezoning request for the property at the Sept. 21 meeting.
