Natalie Glumm has joined Easter Seals Southeast Wisconsin, West Allis, as Vice President of Community Engagement.
Glumm joins Easter Seals after spending 25 years in the manufacturing and nonprofit sectors. Starting her career in plastics, she has served in various capacities, most recently as Sales Manager for Midland Plastics, Inc.
As Sales Manager she oversaw sales development for both manufacturing and distribution increasing sales and profits. Her nonprofit experience includes Carroll University, the Arizona State University Foundation, and the United Performing Arts Fund (UPAF) working with major gifts, planned giving, events, annual campaigns, and the overall operations of development.
She earned her Business Management degree through the University of Phoenix.
