Lori Richards and James Madlom have been promoted to become partners and shareholders of Milwaukee-based Mueller Communications Inc.
Richards has been named president of the public relations firm. Madlom has been named chief operating officer.
Founder H. Carl Mueller remains chairman and chief executive officer.

“This move will strengthen and broaden our ability to serve you and help us all grow,” Mueller said in a letter to clients. “In short, this move guarantees our firm will be independent and locally owned for decades to come. Lori and James are long-tenured employees of the firm and combined represent more than 25 years of serving clients at Mueller Communications. They have been a key part of the company’s growth over the last decade.”
