A limited liability company affiliated with Chicago-based Remedy Medical Properties has purchased the Moreland Medical Center complex at 1111 Delafield St. in Waukesha for $20 million. Located on eight acres southeast of the intersection of Moreland Boulevard and Delafield Street, the medical office building is home to roughly 30 physician suites, including ProHealth Care Moreland Surgery Center, and a lab operated by North Carolina-based medical giant LabCorp. It is fully leased, according to a website for the building. The property was sold to Remedy Medical Properties by The Moreland Medical Center, LLP, which last reported its principal location as being Suite 301 within the Moreland Medical Center. That office is where LabCorp lab is located within the building, its website states. The registered agent for that LLC is listed as Dr. Archibald J. Pequet, a surgeon with Waukesha Surgical Specialists, which also operates out of the building. The building was last assessed for $23.4 million, according to country records.
