Milwaukee Bucks head coach Mike Budenholzer has sold his home in Fox Point for just under $3.3 million, according to state records.
The 7,950-square-foot North Beach Drive home on Lake Michigan was recently sold to Christopher and Margita Meyers. The house, built in 2007, has four bedrooms, three full bathrooms and two half bathrooms, according to online listings.
It sits on 1.2 acres and has roughly 130 feet of water frontage. It comes with views of Lake Michigan, open-concept kitchen and great room, custom bar, theater room, game room, workout room and a few fireplaces. The master bedroom retreat includes a fireplace, boutique-style dressing room and balcony overlooking the lake.
It has an assessed value of roughly $2.46 million, according to village records.

Meanwhile, Budenholzer this summer purchased a different home on Okauchee Lake, in the town of Merton. According to state records, an LLC registered to Budenholzer purchased a 6,500-square-foot, four-bedroom house for $1.7 million in late June.
