RyTech, LLC, a digital marketing agency, has acquired Portland, Oregon-based Optimotive Web Services LLC. Optimotive is a growth marketing agency with a remote workforce. Terms of the deal, which closed June 1, were not disclosed. Optimotive will operate as a division of RyTech. "Similar to RyTech, Optimotive has spent years building long-term relationships with their clients, focusing on long term-strategy with an eye toward results,” said Steve Ryan, founder and CEO at RyTech. “These strong client relationships, coupled with their growth-minded team made this a natural opportunity for us to pursue. I am excited about what our merged entity can accomplish together.” RyTech relocated its operations from La Grange, Illinois to downtown Milwaukee in 2019, doubling both its office space and staff. The RyTech team began looking into acquisition opportunities last year to continue growing. Optimotive was selected due to the firm’s client portfolio, experience in data analytics international marketing, and customer relationship management (CRM) automation and integrations. The acquisition will also expand RyTech’s website offerings to include Webflow and stronger ecommerce capabilities. “Since we started Optimotive five years ago, our most important core values have been delivering excellent marketing to clients and truly caring about the people we work with,” said Andrew Ishimaru, Optimotive founding partner. “When we found those same values at RyTech, we knew that joining forces would be greater than the sum of our respective parts and unlock new levels of excellence in the work we do at Optimotive. We look forward to continuing to provide top-notch growth marketing for our clients while supercharging our capabilities with the brilliant and wonderful folks at RyTech. Likewise, we equally look forward to lending our growth marketing expertise to help RyTech clients push new frontiers in their marketing mix.” Optimotive will be led by Ishimaru, who will serve as growth officer; Michael Frank, vice president of digital strategy; and Pranit Garg, vice president of digital growth.
