MillerCoors will reintroduce its original 1975 Miller Lite can for a limited time in the first quarter of 2014.
The announcement was made in an email to distributors last week, according to Advertising Age.
The logo harkens back to the beer’s success as the first mainstream light beer. The move is expected to create some buzz around the Miller Lite brand as major brewers attempt to regain craft beer-loving consumers.
MillerCoors declined to comment on the launch.
