Milwaukee-based Miller Baking Co., makers of Pretzilla pretzel buns, has added Mike Walz as COO. In his new role, Walz will oversee all operations under CEO Brian Miller. Walz has worked in the food industry for over 25 years, serving as COO at Garden-Fresh Foods and VP of Operations at Palermo’s Pizza.
