Michael Allen has been named associate at Brookfield-based Diversified Insurance Co., As a P & C Sales Consultant will be responsible for building strong relationships with potential clients, strengthening existing relationships, and creating strategic solutions with the bottom line objective of closing business deals to meet/exceed quotas. This includes selling to senior level executives and business owners in a B2B market using a highly consultative sales approach.
Some of Michael’s new duties will include:
- Develop, manage, and execute the sales process
- Schedule and conduct a targeted number of face to face meetings with prospects and clients
- Develop and implement account strategies which result in strong client relationship development and revenue production
- Work with management team throughout engagements to collaborate on optimal solutions for clients
- Meet assigned activity targets on a monthly basis
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of vendors, products, trends, and strategy as it relates to the industry
