Meyer & Wallis, a marketing agency founded in Milwaukee, announced today it is changing its name to Mortenson Safar Kim Inc.
The new name combines the last names of the agency’s managing directors, chief executive officer Chris Mortenson, president and chief operating officer Shannon Safar and vice president and executive creative director Peter Kim.
The name change, which better conveys the agency’s leadership, will be a part of the company’s re-branding and growth initiatives, Mortenson said.
“With a new year about to start, I thought we had the opportunity to re-brand ourselves,” Mortenson said. “We see many exciting growth opportunities in the near future. Shannon, Peter and I are the active managing directors driving the business and we wanted to make that clear to clients and business prospects.”
The 45-year-old marketing firm’s Milwaukee office is located in the Historic Third Ward at 117 N. Jefferson St. The company has a second location in Indianapolis, Ind. The company moved office locations in both cities this past year.
The firm serves clients in banking, food manufacturing and retail, health care, entertainment, construction and B2B.
