BAYSHORE is pleased to announce that Mary L. Mokwa has been appointed as its new senior general manager. She will lead and provide oversight of day-to-day operations of the property, including asset management, leasing, security, operations, marketing, and customer and tenant relations for both BAYSHORE and the newly renovated BAYSHORE Place apartments.
Mokwa earned a B.A. in Business Management from the University of Wisconsin with an emphasis in accounting. She achieved designation as a Certified Property Manager (IREM), is a Licensed Wisconsin Real Estate Broker and former Board Treasurer of the Greendale Chamber of Commerce.
