For H&S Manufacturing Co. Inc., finding qualified job applicants is much more difficult now than when the business started in 1967.
The family-owned company, which designs and manufactures agricultural and commercial equipment at its Marshfield and Clintonville sites, has struggled to find employees to fill vacant positions, said President Chris Heikenen.
