Waukesha-based The Marek Group has acquired Wauwatosa-based Wunderlich, Pearson & Tetzlaff Inc.
The Marek Group is a B2B marketing firm specializing in large corporations in the health care, financial services, manufacturing and retail sectors selling products through a variety of channels. The Marek Group is a family-owned business founded in 1968 offering services including omni-channel transactions, direct marketing and content creation. Its core business is commercial printing, fulfillment and direct marketing, though Marek Group has expanded its capabilities through acquisitions over the past several years.
The Marek Group also has acquired Milwaukee-based direct marketing firm Publisher’s Diversified in 2013, Pewaukee-based promotional products company CPI Promotions in 2014 and Minneapolis-based software firm Brandspring Solutions in 2011.
WP&T is a full-service marketing and merchandising firm focused on the industrial technology and food and beverage sectors. It was founded in 1998, and offers services including global merchandising management, marketing supply chain solutions, graphic design, point-of-sale design and fabrication, and fulfillment services.

According to a release from The Marek Group, the acquisition of WP&T will allow the company to provide additional global sourcing assistance and add to its marketing software, services and manufacturing capabilities.
