Marketing firm Mangold Creative has purchased a historic Masonic Temple at 126 N. Main St. in downtown Pewaukee for $190,000, and plans to renovate the space for its new office.
Mangold will move its office from an 1,100-square-foot rented space in Waukesha to the 5,300-square-foot building to allow room to expand its staff and services. Mangold currently has six employees and plans to add two more before it moves. The space will allow it to grow to 15 employees down the road, said Heather Mangold, who owns the firm with her husband, Mike.
The temple was built in 1924, and has been vacant for the past several years. Major renovations are currently underway on the 3,000-square-foot office space area and a lower level multi-purpose area. The renovations include new plumbing, electrical, flooring, windows and façade.
“Mangold Creative is looking forward to being a part of the Pewaukee Main Street neighborhood and to have an environment reflective of our vibrant, creative, and diverse work,” Mike Mangold said. “The beauty of the multipurpose area is all of the options it has for Mangold Creative, our clients, our colleagues and the business community at large – be it seminars, strategic planning meetings, business events, or photo video/studio space.”
The Village of Pewaukee planning commission approved the renovation in July.
