Several southeastern Wisconsin shopping centers, grocery stores and fitness centers are closing early today for the safety of their employees and customers as the temperatures plummet dangerously low again tonight.
Bayshore Town Center, Mayfair Mall and Brookfield Square Mall will close at 5 p.m.
Roundy’s Inc. previously announced its Pick ‘n Save stores will close at 8 p.m.
The YMCA of Metropolitan Milwaukee will close all of its facilities at 6 p.m.
OnMilwaukee.com, a media partner of BizTimes, has compiled a list of local restaurants that are closing early or didn’t open at all today here.
Milwaukee Public Schools will be canceled again Tuesday.
The National Weather Service has issued a wind chill warning in effect in southeastern Wisconsin until noon on Tuesday. Overnight wind chills of 30 to 45 degrees below zero are expected.
