Lynn Ihlenfeld has been elected to Brookfield-based Advantage+ board of directors. She becomes one of seven outside members of the nine-person board that guides the privately owned, nationwide business lender.
Ihlenfeld earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in communication from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and is a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Society. Her work experience includes 17 years in banking, five years in staff consulting and 10 years in fitness consulting. She also is a past president of the YWCA of Greater Milwaukee and currently serves as a facilitator for Living Well with Chronic Conditions program and a team leader for the Parkinson’s and Movement Disorders Program at the Medical College of Wisconsin. In 2015, the American Parkinson Disease Association recognized Lynn and her husband Bill (who recently retired from the Advantage+ board) for their volunteer work.
