Lori Rathje Conaway, executive director at Association Acumen, Menomonee Falls, has received the Evolving Eagle award from Association Acumen. The annual award is presented to the individual who has grown the most professionally and consistently demonstrated excellence in her/his position by making the most improvements to a specific client and to Association Acumen.

Conaway serves as the Executive Director for three of Acumen’s clients: the Ophthalmic Anesthesia Society (OAS), the Society for Mucosal Immunology (SMI) and the Wisconsin Academy of Physician Assistants (WAPA).
Education: Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication with an emphasis on Media Technology and Journalism from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point
