According to state records, the home was acquired by Belmont Avenue Property LLC, which lists a Palatine, Illinois address. The seller is Lake Geneva Trust.
The six-bedroom, three-bathroom home sits on a 0.8-acre lot with 100 feet of Geneva Lake frontage, according to online listings. It was built in 1950 and totals roughly 3,400 square feet.
