The law firm of Whyte Hirschboek, Dudek S.C. will host a seminar entitled Tax & Governance Issues for Nonprofit Health Care Organizations

The lawfirm of Whyte Hirschboek, Dudek S.C. will host a seminar entitled Tax & Governance Issues for Nonprofit Health Care Organizations on Thursday, March 11 at its Milwaukee location,  555 E.Wells St, Suite 1900 from 7:30 to 10 a.m.
Attorneys, Dennis Purtell, Douglas Pessefall and Kathleen Rinehart will discuss current issues involving executive compensation and excess benefit transactions, diagnosis and management of audit exposure, use of Form 990 to put an organization’s best foot forward, recent developments in Wisconsin tax laws affecting health care organizations, top ten governance best practices for nonprofit health care organizations and more. Cost is free to attend, and a complimentary light breakfast will be provided. Registration is required and must be done before Thursday, March 4.
