Wahler is skilled in areas such as compensation plan design and administration, market analysis, recruitment, employee relations and benefit administration. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management and Economics from University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. Prior to joining Schenck, Wahler worked as a global compensation analyst for Bemis Company, Inc.
