Local social events happening this weekend
Friday- Sunday September 19-21. The last weekend of Oktoberfest at Bavarian Inn & Heidelberg Park, 700 W. Lexington Blvd. in Glendale. The festival runs Friday 5 pm- Midnight, Saturday 4 pm- Midnight, and Sunday Noon – 7 pm. Tickets on Friday and Saturday are $5 each and $4 on Sunday.
Saturday September 20 at 5pm. Art-In-Flux MIAD Alumni and local artists will create live woodcut steamroller prints and live mixed media sculpture for auction. Other artwork will also be for sale. Free appetizers and cash bar provided. Located at Flux Design Studio 811 E. Vienna Avenue
