An affiliate of Milwaukee-based Jomela Properties purchased the 96-room Suites at Northshore hotel in Glendale for about $3 million, according to state records.

The hotel was sold in an online auction at auction.com from Sept. 28 to 30.

Located at 7275 N. Port Washington Road, the hotel consists of 15 buildings on 2.3 acres. It was built in 1988.

“We bought it as an investment opportunity,” said Scott Lurie, principal of Jomela Properties. “We are exploring different options for the site.”

The hotel was sold by BRE Imagination Hotel Owner LLC, which purchased the property in July for $2.6 million, according to state records.

The hotel was formerly operated under the Residence Inn by Marriott flag.
