Racine-based Johnson Insurance has acquired Financial Life Cycles, an independent insurance agency in Green Bay, the company announced.
The entire FLC team, which consists of 3 employees, will move into the Johnson Financial Group building on Washington Avenue in Green Bay in early 2020, according to a press release.
Johnson Insurance, which is part of Johnson Financial Group, did not disclose the financial terms of the transaction in a press release.
“FLC and Johnson Financial Group were both founded on a culture of strong ethics and integrity with a commitment to clients and the communities we serve,” said Joanne Szymaszek, president of Johnson Insurance. “We look forward to providing our combined clients with exceptional service through a variety of financial resources.”
Johnson Insurance is a part of Johnson Financial Group, a privately held, family-owned, financial services company that offers employee benefits, commercial and personal insurance banking and wealth management solutions.
Johnson Insurance’s last acquisition was in 2016 when it acquired Scottsdale, Arizona-based Monterey Benefits LLC.
