Coats brings a wide variety of skills to the Greenfire team with over two decades of experience in the construction industry. He spent six years working internationally as a Project Superintendent in Guam, and founded his own construction company in 2009. His strong leadership skills and diverse background in the field will make him a valuable addition.

Since it was formed in 2010 as a subsidiary of the Potawatomi Business Development Corporation (PBDC), Greenfire has grown into a leading construction management and owner representation firm. Greenfire’s portfolio includes major construction projects for some of the Midwest and Wisconsin’s most successful property developers, as well as the Forest County Potawatomi Tribe.
