Rare Steakhouse has named Jason Wedner as General Manager of its highly anticipated new Milwaukee restaurant.
Wedner comes to Rare Steakhouse from Onesto, located in Milwaukee’s Third Ward. Wedner is a certified sommelier, and also worked in management at Nines American Bistro at the River Club of Mequon, as well as at Mo’s Steakhouse.
Opening at the end of May, Noble Chef Hospitality’s Rare Steakhouse offers a premier dining experience. Created by Wisconsin natives for Wisconsin diners, RARE features USDA Prime steaks from Meats By Linz of Chicago, amazing wines and truly remarkable service. Like its Madison counterpart, Rare Milwaukee will have a classic setting, private dining rooms and space equipped with technology for meeting and conference capabilities. RARE will soon be the leading lunch and dinner destination in Milwaukee.
RARE opens in 833 East at the end of May, and will be a participant in June’s 2016 Downtown Dining Week.
