A California investor has snatched up a recently constructed building in Greenfield that is serving as the newest location for Range USA – a chain of indoor-gun-range-meets-gun-shop with locations across the country. The buyer, G5 Capital Corp. of Irvine, California, paid $3.93 million for the 10,550-square-foot building. Located on a 1.55-acre parcel at 10557 W.

A California investor has snatched up a recently constructed building in Greenfield that is serving as the newest location for Range USA – a chain of indoor-gun-range-meets-gun-shop with locations across the country. The buyer, G5 Capital Corp. of Irvine, California, paid $3.93 million for the 10,550-square-foot building. Located on a 1.55-acre parcel at 10557 W. Layton Ave., in a busy commercial area that sits across from a Walmart, the building was recently constructed by Cincinnati-based developer ComptonAddy, a subsidiary of Brad Corp. The Greenfield location of Range USA is the first in Wisconsin. ComptonAddy had retained ownership of the brick-and-motor structure before selling it to G5 Capital Corp. this week.
