Glennco, previously known as Franchise Mailing Systems/Magnacraft, offered mail services and mailing machine manufacturing from its facility at 5730 W. Douglas Ave. “Glennco brings great clients,” said David Ludowissi, chief operating officer of IMI. “While we will not continue their mailing machinery manufacturing, their know-how brings wonderful added technological abilities to IMI’s suite of products and services.” Terms of the deal, which closed Dec. 22, were not disclosed. “The Bucolt family brought significant leadership to the mailing industry across the United States, and we are delighted to inherit that legacy,” said Bruce A. Arbit, chairman of IMI and co-managing director of A.B. Data, the parent company of IMI.
