An affiliate of Innovative Signs, CSS Commercial LLC, recently purchased the 19,600-square-foot industrial building at 21700 Doral Road, according to a news release. Innovative Signs intends to move into its new home sometime in the middle of next year.
“The purchase of this building will allow us to double manufacturing in the next 2-3 years, and fulfill our desire to be the No. 1 sign company in southeast Wisconsin,” Chad Schultz, president and owner of Innovative Signs, said in a statement. “We have great clients that are growing. We want to grow with them.”
The building was purchased this fall for $970,000, according to sate records. It has an assessed value of roughly $832,000, according to Waukesha County records.
Brian Parrish, MBA and Matt Friedman of PARADIGM Real Estate represented the buyer in the transaction. Jim Young of JLL represented the seller, Henax Two LLC.
