Sunlite Building Corp. plans to build a $3.2 million, 44,800-square-foot building with 39,200 square feet of industrial space and 5,600 square feet of office space at 1320 W. National Ave. and 1333 W. Pierce St. on Milwaukee’s south side. The building will be leased by Vulcan Lead. Vulcan will be consolidating its Milwaukee operations at the site. Vulcan Lead provides shielding products for manufacturers and pharmacies. Sunlite is buying the 52,000-square-foot, vacant property from the City of Milwaukee Redevelopment Authority for $90,000.
