Southbranch Property LLC, a Waukesha-based investment group, has purchased an industrial building on seven acres of land in Oak Creek for $4.5 million, according to state records.

Tom Beaudry, president of Corporate Design Interiors in Waukesha, is the registered agent for Southbranch Property LLC. The investment group purchased the building at 2250 W. South Branch Blvd., southeast of Ryan Road and 27th Street, this week from a New York City-based investment group doing business as 2250 West South Branch LLC.

The property has an assessed value of $2.8 million.

The site is the Milwaukee office of Creation Technologies LP, a global electronics manufacturing services provider headquartered in Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada. A company representative said Creation Technologies has been located in the building for more than 25 years and has no plans to move.

Super Steel sold its 187,000-square-foot building at 7100 W. Calumet Road in August 2013 to Beaudry.  Beaudry could not be reached for comment.
