Missouri-based Husch Blackwell last month acquired Milwaukee-based business law firm Whyte Hirschboeck Dudek S.C. The combined firm contains more than 700 attorneys operating out of offices in 19 U.S. cities and in London. Paul Eberle, who previously served as chief executive of WHD, is now deputy CEO at Husch Blackwell.

Enea, CPA, is an attorney on Husch Blackwell’s financial services industry group, working with clients across industries on business law and serving as legal counsel on business sales. He has worked at WHD for three years. Before that, Enea was a partner at Schloemer Law Firm S.C. in West Bend, where he worked for nearly 20 years, and previously served as an accountant at Arthur Andersen & Co. He holds a degree in business, management, marketing and related support services from the University of Wisconsin and a law degree from Marquette University.

He focuses on transaction negotiation, negotiation training and M&A finance analysis. Nettesheim has worked at WHD for two years and previously spent 24 years at Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren S.C., where he was a shareholder. He holds a bachelor’s in economics from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a law degree and master of laws degree in taxation and tax law from University of the Pacific.

“It’s an honor to serve the firm as office managing partner,” Nettesheim said, “Husch Blackwell has demonstrated its commitment to the greater Milwaukee and Wisconsin markets, and I look forward to building on its excellent track record for client service.”
