Bronfman E.L. Rothschild, Milwaukee, has announced that Hoyt R. Stastney has joined the firm as General Counsel.
Prior to joining Bronfman E.L. Rothschild, Stastney was an equity partner at Quarles & Brady LLP where his focus included securities, investment management, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and financial institutions. He also served as chair of the Investment Management Team for Quarles & Brady’s Business Law Group. He has served as Chair of the Financial Institutions Practice, Business Law Section of the State Bar of Wisconsin and Past President of the Wisconsin Chapter of the Society of Corporate Secretaries and Governance Professionals.
Stastney received his law degree from the University of Minnesota Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, History and Latin from the University of North Dakota.
