The Holiday Inn Express Milwaukee-West Medical Center has been sold to a Sun Prairie-based investor for $6.68 million, according to state records.
Its previous owner, Schaumburg, Illinois-based Five One Hospitality LLC, sold the hotel to Truck Stop LLC. The buyer lists a Sun Prairie address, and is registered to Lakhbir Singh, according to state Department of Financial Institutions records.
The hotel, located at 11111 W. North Ave., is located just off I-41, about a block west of the Mayfair Mall and roughly 2.5 miles north of the Milwaukee Regional Medical Center in Wauwatosa. Immediately east of the hotel is the Mayfair Reserve apartment complex.
It has an assessed value of $6.68 million, according to city records.
Singh couldn’t be reached for comment on the purchase.
