What has fueled your company’s growth?
Companies that work with Healics are quick to recommend Healics, as they have experienced our commitment to wellness firsthand. Until two years ago, our business was 100 percent referral driven. Healics is personal. We take an active role in our clients’ lives and build relationships that last. Those connections developed into a community that supports us and pushes us to achieve even more.”
What is the biggest obstacle to your company’s growth?
“The health care landscape is constantly changing. Now, more than ever, significant system reform, newly implemented policies, and a number of regulation modifications challenge us to stay highly adaptable and well informed. Our handpicked staff navigates clients through new reforms and protocols, keeping costs low and success rates high.”
Do you plan to make any changes to your company?

“Healics is committed to better wellness care, and we’re always looking for opportunities to inspire healthy living in new, significant ways. On-site medical care for employees is becoming a valid and beneficial next step for a growing number of companies – and Healics is interested in driving the initiative.”
Who are the business people you admire, locally or nationally?
“Vince Lombardi – for his legendary leadership techniques and ability to create winning teams. His ideas still carry weight today, inspiring growth, change and success.”
What is the outlook for your industry?
“The Affordable Care Act shifted the health care landscape, and more changes like that could be coming. The better prepared we are as an industry to handle new federal regulations, the better we can ensure company compliance strategies that best support employee health.”
What is your company’s most important growth strategy?
Healics inspires wellness one person at a time. Working side-by-side with people toward their best life. That’s the heart of Healics – and the reason for our continued success. As a company, from health coaches to upper management, we are invested in restructuring our look, feel and tone to develop the brand and better reflect our commitment to our clients’ most vibrant lives.”
