GS Global Resources will move its headquarters and 90 jobs from New Berlin to its facilities in Mukwonago, the company announced.
The company, which makes products for electro-hydraulic system integration, will operate out of two buildings in the 900 block of Perkins Drive in Mukwonago. The company already had production operations at 926 Perkins Drive, but will now own a neighboring building and plans to connect the two. There will be 110 employees at the facility.
President John Thornton said the company has seen an increase in business that necessitated the move, which is expected to be complete by March 31
The combined facility will have 115,000 square feet of space for GS employees to work on implementing performance improvement on customer machinery. The company said it is common to see machines from several different customers in the facility at one time.
“This facility positions us to support the growing demand by OEMs for supplier-led innovation,” Thornton said. “Particularly in hydraulic, electronic, mechanical and software applications.”
Thornton added that the facility leaves room for potential future expansion.
