The Hampton Inn Downtown will open in September, in time for the launch of the expanded KI Center.
Visitors will recognize very little of the property’s past life as a Holiday Inn and Clarion Inn. Consolidated Construction crews stripped the building down to its concrete shell and refinished the hotel’s 135 rooms, common areas, business center, meeting space, swimming pool and front entrance.
